Program Highlights

Small, Connected Groups: We keep groups to about 6-8 teens to ensure everyone has the space to feel seen and heard.

Developmentally Focused: Groups are separated by aged (13-15 and 15-17) so teens are with peers in similar life stages.

Flexible Programming: Based on interest, we will offer both programs in 4 and / or 6 week sessions. Sessions start in June.

Engaging Format: Each 60-90 minute session includes a check-in, hands-on main activity, and a practical strategy.

Clinically Facilitated: Each session is developed and led by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

The Mane Mission Experience: This is therapy without four walls. Sessions take place on our ranch in a natural environment, with opportunities to help with the horses and other animals, or hang out after the formal session.

Cost Sensitive: This program is grant funded and free to participants. Additional therapy options are available and may be covered via insurance, self-pay, or scholarship.
